Provides basic information on the roles within the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) command team and the different volunteer positions.  Training outlines the responsibilities of the command team and how to leverage the SFRG to execute a successful unit Family readiness program.

Provides basic information on the Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG) mission, volunteer roles and responsibilities, working with command and how to be an effective leader.  SFRGs are a commander's program that allows for two-way communication between command and Families.  Volunteers assist the command in executing the SFRG mission in positions such as the SFRG leader, key contact, and informal fund custodian.
